Why are Republicans cheering a victory over repealing one of their own ideas?

They have managed to reframe the issue so that it can be tied to Obama. What will be really interesting is when Mitt Romney has to campaign against Obamacare. After all, Romneycare in M is the exact same program. I don't remember seeing anything in the papers or on the news about Republicans suing to overturn it. I wonder why?
