Can you be pregnant and have absolutely no symptoms?

You aren't pregnant if you've had a menstrual period every month since then you aren't you can't have a menstrual period while pregnant, besides that if you were you'd be far around 5-6 months pregnant you would be showing at this point and would have felt movement and so on. You're over thinking it but if that will put your mind at ease then take a pregnancy test.
