I just watched the whole grudge series 1,2, and 3?

And now I can't sleep thinking that she's out to get me! I'm 14 and it may seem unnormal but it scared me half to death cuz i stayed in my room all day, no food till my dad came home abd im scared at every creak of a door and i still wanna watch it! What do I do?
