Am i able to do this at age 20?

Ok so when im 20 years old ill be on my p plates (australia) now i want to drive from brisbane queensland, to perth, WA in a rent-a car like europcar or what ever anyway can i do this on p plates im thinking of taking a holden commodore the new ones AM I ABLE TO!!!!!!??????????? cooncheese...
