Im taking adderall, and my dad keeps giving me the wrong amounts, help!?

so im prescribed 50mg a day of adderall and my dad tries to act like a know it all and only gives me 20mg whenever he feels like it, only 20mg a day h forgets everyday unless i pester him. it helps me with depression, and helps me focus and he just doesn't understand no matter how many times i tell him that i need a higher dose, right now im on the come down and im very upset i shouldn't have to go threw with this boredom/disinterest right now especially with depression. what should i do, it really bothers me that he is messing with my doses, daily.
