My is bleeding!?

So i was sitting on the crapper for my regular morning deuce, and i notice some red on my toilet paper. OK so it hurts a little but i get over it. then comes the afternoon and I'm ready for my nightly poo and when i wipe there's still some blood. its tomorrow and my hole is STILL bleeding!? can anyone help?
