What made George Bush Jr. such a bad president?

And please don't say "becuz hees stoopid". I'm looking for real, well articulated reasons with cited and reputable sources. I have no opinion what so ever of Bush because I'm under 18 and have never had any reason to follow politics, so I know literally nothing about him. If anyone could help me understand I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
