Does Spirituality really exist? How would you define it?

I am inclined to think that spirituality does not exist. I could be wrong, I could be ignorant on what it means to be spiritual. So I am open to any ideas you may present. I just think that if spirituality is correlated with contemplating life's meaning then to me that is simply philosophy and not spirituality. If it is correlated with feeling oneness with the universe, then I see that as the intuition aspect prevalent in our right hemisphere of the brain in overdrive or something. I don't see it in any sense as spiritual any more than a hallucination being spiritual. I could be wrong, I probably am. What are your thoughts? I don't mind opinions, just please don't rip me on my ignorance.
