The United States of America is often described as a capitalist free market society. but is it really?

Poor Americans; you don't even know what communism is. You have a pre-NHS healthcare policy proposed and even that is too much for you. Yes, it is capitalist, but there is no freedom in capitalism- only the freedom to die in poverty and be exploited by big business.
