Name of an old disney movie about a witch?

ok sometime n 2000 or 2001 there was a disney movie that played alot and doesn't that much anymore and i cant remember much about it i know it was animated and about a witch at the very end she got on her broom and is dressed in all red then flys away...and i think at some point n the movie her and a friend go down to a lake to sit and talk?? not sure about that tho... please help its driving me crazy....
