I need help taming an impossible iguana?

this is my second iguana(my mom gave the first one away a long time ago) and i have had it for about a year and a half now. it is still very violent. it bites and whips at me and is very hard to catch. i dont move away when it bites or hits but it still does it. i have tried just about every taming technique there is and nothing seems to work. getting rid of it is not an option i love it very much. are there any tips you can give me on taming aggressive iguanas? any questions please email me vincemargiotta@ymail.com
