Abdominal Pain. Help!!?

Try not taking medication and relax a little. I don't know if you have enough sleep, or drink enough water. Sometimes your body could be lacking in vitamin of some sort. I'm no doctor just throwing out my 2 cents. I would try to eat light food all the time, and still try to excercise a little. Stretching, light jogs unless it hurts, fluid, vitamins, and light food. Relax and don't do too much unnecessary activities such as go out with friends. You can spend time with them after you get better.
