What makes you decide to go for #4?

We are leaving it up to God. If God has plans for us to have four, we will. So far, we have two that are 18 months apart. They are 4 and 2.5 right now. We are not "trying" for anymore, but will gratefully accept whatever future pregnancies come our way (be it 3, 4 or more).
