Ive been feeling dizzy and lightheaded for several weeks-?

This has happened a few times when I'm driving--I feel lightheaded and just not myself--i hold tightly on the steering wheel and pray the feeling will go away which it does. Have a dr appt next week--just not myself--normally very healthy...I hate to complain to the dr--am afraid he might think I'm being a baby about it..........I never call the dr and it was really hard for me to pick up the phone and make that call! Have had a constant headache for weeks too........has anyone else felt like this? I'm 52--had a hysterectomy years ago but I was wondering if it may be signs of going thru the change?? I still have an ovary left......Thank you all for "listening"!
