Is this asthma?

I am exposed to second hand smoking also I clean houses so I am extrimely exposed to dust and cleaning chemicals. I have difficulties breating especially at night. Is it possible that I might have asthma or some type of allergies. Does anyone know where I could get free consultation? I know that the best way I should see a professional, however I don't have a health insurance and I would like to get help.
