Im trying to loose weight, and i was wondering if ...?

You need to change your diet, eat healthy nutritious foods (organic when you can), avoid anything white (sugar, starch, rice & fast foods) & drink lots of water. Then start an exercise program that you enjoy doing, this will help you stick with it & get a work-out buddy. I would take a cardio cl 3 x per week, alternating with some kind of stretching like Yoga & walk in between. Start a walking group with some of your friends. You need to make a lifestyle change & your pounds will come flying off. :)
