How can I get my question reinstated?

I asked if anyone who had attended a military high school could give me some info on when they attended, why they attended, if they liked the school and why or why not. And yahoo deleted my question. I thought there used to be a process you could use to get a question reinstated if it did in fact meet the community guidelines...which this did as far as I can tell asking graduates about their high school experience is within bounds. Anyone know anything about this?
