Ex filing Ch 13 on marital debt / fraud?

should have sold the land in your divorce from him as quit claim deeds only release you from tax and liabity if some one gets hurt not money owed if you didnt sign a quit claim deed to this property then you still may have a vested interest in it and should be able to force the sell of it even though he owned it before you were married i went up in value during the time you were married and you are entitled to this apprecation say it was woth 50 dollars when you were married and when you got divorced it was worth 100 dollars you would be entitled to 25 dollars have of the amount it went up in value
