Baby names: I love boys names for girls and vice versa!?

Personally, I think kids have a rough enough time in school as it is and saddling them with an unusual name just begging for negative attention doesn't do your children any favors. What you think is "cute" your little darling has to live with forever (or at least until age 18 when he/she will head to the records office to get a name change). I think of a girl with the name Dylan, Logan, or Devon as a woman constantly having to explain she is NOT a man, she is a woman. Whitney, Ashley, and Kelly on a boy sounds rather nerdy and timid to me since he'll forever want to hide with a name like that. I think it is a perfectly horrid trend to use definitely male names on females and even worse to give a baby boy a traditional female name, even if it's origin is male.
