2 holes in the head?

I have 2 hole in the head of my . The lower one is a dead end. I remember sticking something down each hole when I was younger just out of curiosity. At first I thought one was for pee and the other for come. I have no experience with other guys eqip. so tell me is this common? Or am I a mutant?
